We are an East Texas-based company specializing in the acquisition of or participation in oil and gas prospects.  Since 1992, we have placed or participated in hundreds of deals with the singular goal of getting them drilled and generating income for our investors, our partners, and for the mineral owners.  We do not operate or drill, preferring instead to provide the scientific and business expertise necessary to get to that point.
